About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated FP&A Manager to join our team in Bangalore. This role will support all FP&A processes and play a pivotal role in managing critical forecast processes. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Business and Operations Finance, you will provide essential support to our Global Finance operations and contribute significantly to the financial health and strategic direction of the company. The FP&A team reports directly to the CFO and oversees all budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling activities.
What you will do
Lead the monthly updates of a six-quarter rolling forecast, covering Cost of Product Sales, Inventory, Inventory Reserves, Duties and Tariffs, CM Claims, and US Manufacturing IRA credit across various business units and regions.
Collaborate closely with business partners to identify and drive cost reduction opportunities. Provide detailed explanations of variances between actual and forecasted product cost and provide updates to management team.
Supervise and mentor a team of two analysts.
Prepare and distribute dashboard, work with the team to complete accounts reconciliation and submit accruals to accounting team.
Prepare quarterly and monthly executive analysis and reporting packages.
Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of Cost of Sales
Support Senior Management Team and operational heads with in-depth analysis.
Other ad-hoc FP&A tasks and analysis, as necessary.
Who you are and what you bring
8-10 years of relevant FP&A, Cost Accounting or similar experience in a Manufacturing environment required.
MBA or bachelor’s in finance, Accounting or other Business related major preferred.
Must be detailed oriented and a Team Player
Strong critical thinking skills and ability to analyze complex data and derive meaning/insight.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible to change.
Exceptional modeling skills with advanced proficiency in Excel
Experience with Anaplan a plus.
